How we travel together with safety and respect.
We always treat each other with respect and at Chaufrr there is no place for rough behaviour and discrimination. Anyone who violates our policies may be permanently removed and banned from the Chaufrr platform. You always have an option to cancel a trip that makes you feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

Driver’s background check
Every driver who drives with Chaufrr is required to pass a background before starting to drive with Chaufrr and the they are asked to get a background check annually and upload it to their Chaufrr driver profile. Our team of safety experts carefully check these documents. If a driver does not pass the background check, they will loose their ability to drive for Chaufrr.
There’s emergency help if you need it
There is SOS button on the mobile screens of both customer as well as the driver. Whenever you don’t feel safe and want emergency help, you can get help by clicking on that SOS button. It will send a notification to our team and you also have an option to dial 911 from that SOS screen.
Active safety support by our team.
Our team monitor trips for unnecessary stops or shifting in the route. If we notice anything unusual about the trip, we contact the driver and the client to check if they need any help. In case of an instantaneous dangerous situation, always contact emergency authorities first.
See who you are travelling with
Once your trip is confirmed, you can see your driver’s name, profile photo and ratings and drivers can see their customer’s name and their vehicle information.
Riding with children
There should be car seats required by the law for all the minors in your car.
Your personal details are kept private and protected
At Chaufrr, your mobile number or any other personal information is secured and is never shared with the driver or the customer.
