Chaufrr uses cutting-edge technology alongside a team of expertly trained drivers, offering you the convenience of booking drivers on a per-kilometer basis. Enjoy the ease of hiring a driver to chauffeur you in the comfort of your own vehicle like never before. Our aim is to transform luxury chauffeur services into an everyday essential.

Get started by downloading the app and providing your mobile number. Once done, you’ll receive a verification code to verify your account. Simply enter the verification code along with your name and email address, to activate your account. Then, you can immediately start booking your drivers.

It’s easy! Just open the mobile app, choose your pickup point and destination (to view the estimated fare calculated per-kilometer). Your driver will arrive promptly at your vehicle.

Once seated in your car, sit back, relax, and allow our chauffeurs to take care of your journey.

The rates for our services vary depending on the service type you select. You can access our app to check the estimated fare before making a booking, simply by entering your pick-up and drop-off locations. Our pricing is designed to be affordable, adaptable, and transparent.

With Chaufrr, you have full control over every kilometer. Unlike conventional driver services, you only pay for the distance you require the driver.

Certainly! You have the option to schedule a booking. However, please note that scheduling entails the system attempting to assign a driver to you within 60 minutes of your requested time.

Once a driver is allocated by the system, they will contact you to provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA). In exceptionally busy periods, if no driver becomes available within 30 minutes, the booking will be automatically canceled.

Once the driver has been allocated, you can contact the driver through voice call and messaging through the app. Additionally, you’ll have the capability to track your driver’s progress from the pickup location to your destination.

To track your driver, simple access your current booking through the Chaufrr app.

Drivers will wait for a minimum of 10 minutes, after which they reserve the right to cancel your trip. In the event of trip cancellation, a cancellation fee will be applied to your account.

Should you request the driver to wait, a waiting charge will be incurred after the driver has been waiting for 10 minutes.

You have the option to cancel your booking through the app by selecting the “Cancel” icon on your current booking screen.

Kindly be aware that if you cancel the booking after it being accepted by one of our drivers, a cancellation fee will be applied.

If you wish to make changes to a booking, you can easily do so by first canceling the current one, and then creating a new booking with the updated details.

This is highly unlikely, however if it happens, please contact the assigned driver or contact us immediately if the driver does not arrive within the time period shown on the app.

Our drivers undergo a comprehensive screening process before joining us, which includes obtaining clearance certificates, undergoing in-house training provided by Chaufrr, demonstrating professionalism, possessing extensive knowledge, and having years of driving experience in Canada.

All our chauffeurs are skilled drivers who strictly adhere to traffic laws in the Canada. They are proficient in driving various types of vehicles, ensuring your car is in capable hands with our drivers.

You can rest assured knowing that you can track your driver throughout your journey by accessing your current booking in the Chaufrr app. After each trip, we encourage customers to rate their driver, enabling us to identify areas for improvement and acknowledge outstanding performance.

Certainly. Our drivers are flexible and can take you to any destination or stop at any location you desire. Charges are solely based on the duration of the journey.

With Chaufrr, you have full control over every km of your ride.

You may utilize our services only with respect to a vehicle for which you are either the owner or for which the owner has granted you permission to use the services.

To use our services, your vehicle must be covered by valid motor vehicle insurance that permits anyone holding a valid Canadian driver’s license to operate the vehicle.

  • You are permitted to utilize our services in relation to your vehicle under the following conditions:Your vehicle must comply with all laws and regulations.
  • Your vehicle must undergo regular maintenance and servicing as per the manufacturer’s recommendations and be equipped with all required safety features.
  • All components of the vehicle, including tires, brakes, headlights, other lights, steering, and seat belts, must be in good working condition.

In your use of the services, you must not cause nuisance, annoyance, inconvenience, or property damage to third-party drivers or any other party.

All our chauffeurs are skilled drivers who strictly adhere to traffic laws in Canada and possess experience in driving a wide range of vehicles, ensuring your vehicle is in safe and capable hands.

In an unfortunate event that a driver receives a traffic fine while operating your vehicle (due to the driver’s mistake), Chaufrr assumes full responsibility and will refund 100% of the fine amount.

However, in the event of an accident where the driver providing Driver Services is deemed at fault or not at fault, you and your car insurance is fully responsible to take care of the damages.

In case of an accident, the user must promptly contact Chaufrr to report the incident. Chaufrr will not accept complaints if the accident is reported more than 24 hours after the occurrence.

We only accept online payments, which can be made using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards.

To streamline the process, you can easily register a credit card within our Chaufrr app for payment purposes. When booking a ride, simply select the card payment option, and upon completion of your booking, the app will automatically charge the saved card.

Certainly. After the payment has been processed, a receipt will be generated and can be accessed through your app under the section for completed trips.
